Waffle Knit Thermal$44.00230gsm cotton waffle knit
Slim, cut to wear as a base layer
Base, mid and outer — every piece says which layer it is and what it weighs.
“Heavyweight” tells you nothing. A 230gsm waffle knit and a 400gsm canvas coat are both called cotton, and they sit in completely different layers. One number settles it; an adjective never does.
So every product page states the weight, the finished length or inseam, the pocket depths and which layer the piece is cut for — base, mid or outer — so you can check what arrived against what we published.
Three pieces, each with its cloth and cut stated.

Body length, rise, leg opening and pocket depth in centimetres, plus the cloth weight in gsm. No adjective stands in for a number.
The colours you see are the ones that ship. Nothing hidden behind a swatch that never restocks.

A 230gsm cotton waffle knit with a 7cm 2x2 rib cuff and a 2cm rib collar. Cut close enough to sit under a shirt as a base layer; body length is 71cm from the high point of the shoulder in medium.
View the pieceEvery piece, listed by the layer it fills.
The company sells clothing and lists every piece by the layer it fills: base, mid or outer. Each page gives the cloth weight in gsm and the measurements that decide how it layers. Formed in 2026; no mill behind it and no archive.
Read our storyThe waffle thermal is 230gsm cotton and the pique polo 210gsm. The corduroy pant is 340gsm, the loopback sweatpant 360gsm and the chore coat 400gsm canvas. Each product page repeats the figure.
The thermal is cut slim to sit under a shirt. The polo and the sweatpant leave room over it, and the chore coat is 76cm long in medium, so it covers a 71cm knit. The measurements are on every product page.
Wash cold with similar colours and hang to dry. Skip the tumble dryer, especially for the corduroy and the canvas.
New references, restocks and the occasional note on how a piece is specified. No more than once a month.
